We are so grateful to be sharing this day with you. Everything you need to know about celebrating with us aboard Navigator of the Seas is right here below.
We hope that everyone will be in the area the night before the wedding. With an early 9:30 AM arrival at the port, staying nearby the night before makes everything so much more relaxed and enjoyable. We have arranged a special group discount at The Westin Long Beach by Marriott for Saturday April 5th and/or Sunday April 6th.
We have secured discounted rates on both room types for our group — choose what works best for you. Book directly through our group link before the deadline to guarantee your rate.
Please read through these details carefully — a few small things will make the morning smooth and stress-free for everyone. Come dressed and ready to celebrate!
Per Royal Caribbean, priority boarding is required for weddings on embarkation day. All guests must arrive at the pier dressed and ready for Priority Check-in no later than 10:00 AM — but we are aiming for 9:30 AM to give everyone breathing room. The Royal Caribbean App may show you a different boarding time — please ignore it.
Royal Caribbean app check-in is open now and closes ~3-4 days before sailing. Because we have an embarkation wedding with priority boarding, please do not plan to check in at the pier on the day of. Complete your check-in through the app in advance — add your passport or travel documents, upload your security photo, and print your luggage tags at home. Since we are moving as a group through priority boarding, checking in beforehand helps us all get on board together without a hitch.
Once on board, all sailing guests must complete a quick muster station check-in — a required safety briefing that won't take long at all. Staterooms are generally available between 1:00–2:00 PM. Your key will be in an envelope outside your door; luggage is delivered by stewards throughout the afternoon.
💡 Pro tip: Anyone wanting to change after the ceremony should bring a small day bag on board with a swimsuit and casual clothes — don't count on your checked luggage arriving right away!
🚌 Getting There: With lots of moving parts and guests, expect to Uber or Lyft in groups! If you are driving and planning to park at the terminal, see the parking details at the bottom of the page.
Here is the full flow of the day. Arrive dressed, arrive on time, and get ready for the most beautiful day at sea!

From LAX, take the 110 Freeway South toward San Pedro. Exit at Harbor Boulevard (same exit as the Vincent Thomas Bridge) — stay to the right and do not go over the bridge. At the light, cross over and turn right into the World Cruise Terminal. Follow signs for parking and passenger drop-off.
